January 9, 2020 - Eleventh Circuit Judge William Pryor issues 65 page dissent in favor of reversing Congresswoman Corrine Brown's conviction

The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals January 9, 2020 in a 116 page opinion affirmed the conviction of Mr. Kent's client, former Congresswoman Corrine Brown. Judge William Pryor, however, authored a blistering 65 page dissent. The appeal presents an issue of religious freedom prompting the First Liberty Institute, which is the largest legal organization in the United States dedicated to religious liberty litigation, to join as co-counsel with Mr. Kent in an anticipated petition for rehearing en banc.
